Practicing YXQ is beneficial to people of all ages, people in all walks
of life, and people from different persuasions.
A recent survey of 89 Yan Xin Qigong practitioners in the US. who had
been practicing between 20 minutes and one hour daily for three months
showed very positive results:
They improved physically.
- Overall health was better.
- Energy and efficiency increased.
- Sleep requirements decreased (on average 1.5 hours per night) while
sleep quality increased.
- Food intake and hunger both diminished.
- Feeling of being relaxed and at ease increased as did the capacity to
handle stress.
They were happier. They felt
- More capable to enjoy life, peace of mind, and relationship with others.
- Improved self-confidence, self-esteem, successfulness, and overall
quality of life.
- Fewer negative aspects and more positive aspects of their life.
In general Yan Xin Qigong practitioners can gain significant benefits to
